How fast can you get to me for a sewer backup?

For active sewer backups we aim to be on-site the same day — often within 60 to 90 minutes during business hours. We treat backups as emergencies because the longer waste sits in the line, the more damage it can do.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. For most jobs we give you a flat-rate price in writing before any work begins. For diagnosis-heavy work like leak detection or sewer camera inspections there's a small service charge that's applied toward the repair if you book.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully licensed and insured by the State of Utah. We're also current on manufacturer certifications for the hydronic, boiler, and water heater brands we install.

What is hydro jetting and do I need it?

Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the inside of your pipes — it cleans out grease, sludge, scale, and tree roots that a basic snake just punches a hole through. If your drains keep clogging or you've had a backup, jetting is usually the right fix.
